Location
The Popular Anchor bar/restaurant, in Punta Prima, Menorca run by the same family for 11 years.
Situated close to the resort centre with views over the Mediterranean. Close to busy self-catering apartments, villas and hotels. The Anchor is well known and popular with tourists, ex-pats and locals.
The business is easily run by a family of 3 (+ extra staff during summer), mainly serving good quality British style food, but we also have International and Menorcan dishes on our menu.
The business runs a full entertainment package throughout the season, with popular quizzes, karaoke, darts and pool plus we show all the major sports events on our large projector screen. Due to demand we are open 11 months of the year.
Premises
kitchen consists of a large L-shaped fully equipped room plus 2 spacious storage rooms with fridges, freezers, etc. Dessert preparation area. Separate staff shower and toilets.
The Bar is light, airy and fully equipped with all bar fixtures and fittings. Offering our customers WiFi, Internet, Projector/large cinema screen TV, Dart board and Pool table. Seating for 28 but can be increased. The premises are air conditioned (hot and cold). Two sets of toilets, 2 gents and 2 ladies.
Sunny outdoor terrace overlooking beautiful beach and Mediterranean with small children's area, half the terrace is covered by retractable awning and currently has seating for 48 but can be increased. There is a garage under premises currently used for storage, and there is space for further expansion if desired.
Reluctant sale due to family illness. Current owners are willing to stay and assist new owners for change over and our reliable staff are available and willing to stay on.
