Na Xenxa is located in what is locally known as the golden triangle due to its quiet rural but very central location. The property sits equidistance from Es Castell, Mahon and Sant Lluis with all towns easily reachable by car in less than 10 minutes or by foot in 30 minutes.

The house will sleep 6 people very comfortably or 8 with the use of the sofa bed. There are 2 double bedrooms that sit either side of the main bathroom, one of which can be converted to a twin room if required. The third bedroom has bunk beds and would be perfect for youngsters. The main bathroom has recently been refurbished to a very high standard with a beautiful walk in wet room style shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and all the utensils you would ever need including sharp knives. There is a separate utility room with a larger fridge freezer and washing machine. The open plan dining room will comfortable sit 8 around the table, but why would you be eating inside! The living room is designed to be home from home with a bar, drinks fridge, large flat screen TV and Xbox games console provided. The outside area will be your main living area. There are 3 main patio areas that provide shade or sun depending on the time of day and your needs. Directly adjacent to the pool is a covered dining area where lunch or evening meals can be enjoyed. There is another shaded and covered area to the front of the house that is surrounded by grape vines and beautiful purple bougainvillea, perfect for morning coffee or just reading a book. The 10m x 5m pool is also surrounded by ample patio and sun loungers and there is also a very shallow self-contained paddling pool for the very young. Roman steps lead into the pool which has a unique 2 seater pool bar incorporated within it, perfect to sit in the water with a beer and cool off. To the far side of the pool is the main bar area with its own drinks fridge, which is a perfect get way from the heat of the midday sun or if you prefer you can stretch out in the hammock and have a siesta. When it comes to outside dining you are really spoilt for choice. There is an outside kitchen area with large BBQ and sink. If Paella is your thing then a full size paella burner is also on hand along with a selection of paella pans to help you cook up the perfect meal. The second BBQ area is just outside the back door from the kitchen. This is a rather grand affair that sits in the middle of a table so everyone can cook their own food whilst enjoying a drink and the craque, don't blame the cook this time!!!

Due to its location a hire car is essential.

On a confirmed booking a 20% deposit is payable with the total balance due 4 weeks prior to departure date.

Bookings can be made on a weekly basis with arrival and departure days and times to suit depending on existing bookings. Minimum duration of any stay is 7 nights. Any bookings less than this will be charged at the prevailing weekly rate.

The owner lives directly adjacent to the villa so is on hand to offer advise during your stay or deal with any maintenance issues.
