Hi there, we find it’s usually the ‘ U ‘ pipe that’s dried out, try pouring water down the drain hole.

Carol Thomas at Fincas Sunshine worked well for us.
Our apt in Sant Tomás went on the market last November and signed to new owners at the beginning of May this year.
