That's terribly sad news indeed.

From the many reports I've read, all the seating areas have been demolished due to damage caused by storm Gloria earlier in the year. The building itself and the bar remain, but many people have told me that they won't be opening at all this year. I assume that there's numerous factors at play here;...

It does seem like that unfortunately. I really hope that they can rebuild and reopen the business, especially for the staff who work so hard.

It looks like the damage was done by storm Gloria back in January. Severe damage to the structure and foundations. Does anyone have any reviews or had anyone been to Bambu, formerly Bini Inn? I did see a lot of work going on last year, with basically just the shell of the building remaining at the time! But I understand that they’ve done a terrific job, and I’ve only heard good things about it so far.

Just seen this post now! For me Binibeca offers the perfect balance of everything. There's plenty to do and see, but it's by no means overcrowded or too busy, very much a family/couples orientated area. By day there's the beach (my favourite on the island) and lots of beautiful coastline to enjoy. T...
