Hi,
Can anyone confirm which night(s) there is live music in the square at Sant Climent?
We caught some great bands on Wednesday and Saturday nights last year (late July / early August)
Hope someone can help.

Re: Restaurants in Alaior
Just wanted to update you that after discovering the fabulous Cafe d'es Pla in Sant Climente (just within stumbling distance of our villa ) - we never made it to Alaior. The live jazz in the square on Wednesday nights was magical and Tolo's food was delicious. Great service too. A new favourite of t...

Restaurants in Alaior

Re: Club hotel Aguamarina
I've not stayed at the hotel, but used to stay s/c in the resort when my son was 4-8/9 years old. The beach is great, safe for children, there are pedalo's etc. Lots of nice restaurants and some more 'snack' type places to eat. The hotels usually have entertainment on, finishes around 11.30/midnight...

Re: Emergencies
Several years ago, on Son Bou beach, my 8 year old son stabbed through his foot with the spike of a beach umbrella. We drove him straight to the A&E dept at the fabulous hospital on the outskirts of Mahon and he was treated immediately, with staff who spoke more than enough English. The whole experi...

Re: First Time to Menorca - Recommendations Please
What time of year are you planning on visiting? If July/August then most of the bigger resorts would suit, particularly Cala En Bosch (lively marina for evenings), Arenal den Castell (great beach, restaurants, mostly hotel based entertainment) and Son Bou maybe (best beach but quite a spread out res...

Somewhere like Es Castell might be worth looking at too, you won't be limited to what is open in resorts, plus only a few mins away from Mahon. Several good quality hotels to choose from....
