From the reviews on Trip Advisor, it seems to be restricted to the Stil Victoria Player in Santo Tomas. Sounds ghastly. Basic hygiene should help prevent catching it, wash your hands, be careful when choosing buffet style food and keep sick children out of the pool etc.

I'm back in Sant Climent tomorrow . Will pop in and give it a try.
