Does anyone have contact information for the planning office for Es Mercadal. We are keen on a property in Sa Roca that needs some TLC but want to make sure that what we want to do is possible due to the protected status of the area. Thanks in advance.

But there is also evidence that the exchange rate was in overall, long-term decline long before the Brexit vote -

Interestingly, but not at all surprising, it is mostly the agents with some degree of English involvement (owners, principal partners etc) who are adhering to the requirements, a good number of the local agents seem to be ignoring it. How strange is that..........
