Irish bar

Post by suzi » May 25th, 2017, 2:40 pm

Off in 4 weeks for a week kids free! We were there in marina area two years ago and just fell in love with the place. Any major changes in that time? We loved the steak restaurant, the Irish pub and the Mexican. Any closures? We are staying in the Casas Del Lago spa and beach club. Any feed back would be wonderful thank you :finga:  :prayer: :barmy:

When we were in cnb in late sept, chaplins was open, it did close roundabout the 2nd week of Oct, had a few cold ones there, and some hot breakfasts. Hopefully it will be open, I am waiting patiently for Sept.
Andy.
Menorca is my favourite place in the world...apart from my bed. If I could just combine the two.

Was there three weeks ago, I`m sure the Irish Bar was open although we didn`t use it. Mexican too. have a stroll to Son Xorigeur (sp) and visit Neptuno. Seafood pizza is excellent. :yawinkle:

Hi just back from cnb and a few changes since last year. The Irish bar Shamrocks was still closed as it was last year. Avanti's have moved from where they were to where Portobello's was last year and a new restaurant is in the old Avanti's called Noray's. The Chinese restaurant that was next to Portobello's where the gentleman always wore a bow tie has closed and opened as La Pascana. Also Leli's restaurant has closed up by the bridge. Even so still had a great holiday and lovely meals. Don Carlos is still as busy as ever. Just remembered the markets have changed and are now Friday and Monday got caught out on our first week and went on Saturday and after the walk from the new bus stop was none to happy. Hope this is useful

Anne
