It sure is and I believe it was running most of the winter too. but don't quote me on it.

Despite the Disabled Wheelchair sticker on the rear of the train, you need to be 'walking disabled' to board. My husband has limited mobility and uses a folding disability scooter. He was informed the only way he could board was to step up the foot high step on to the train and for his scooter to be folded and lifted on board via an 18" gap. He was also informed he'd have to wait for the next train as the rear seats were occupied (by people not using any visable form of mobility aid like sticks or crutches). An extreme disappointment.

What a shame you weren't able to get on, I would give my seat up to anyone who needed it, only have to wait for it to come round again, and it doesn't cost anything to get back on with the same ticket, :sad:
