S'Algar

Post by Lowflyer » October 30th, 2011, 11:23 pm

Returned from S'Algar on 18th Oct, we had 29 days of blue skys and temps topping 34c, with the odd drop of rain a couple of nights.
We had the usual fab time, relaxing in the sun, and eating out the odd times at Scandals/El Picadero/Piccolo Mundo, which were all up to their usual good standards.
The resort was quiet when we were there in May/June, the apartment complexes etc only opening from 1st week in June, so we had a shock when they were all closed from the 14th Oct. Including the Supermarket. Bakery, and S'Algar Hotel and Pool......the season is getting shorter each year.
The beaches at Punta Prima, Binibequer, Mesquida, Es Grau, etc were also quiet with plenty of space to hang out your dangly bits and top up one's tan
All in all a great holiday yet again, already booked for next year :ele:
Patience is a virtue. (chillout)

Roy.

It's a shame when things are closed, but so nice to be able to find a space on the beach
I only let him think he's in charge.
