We saw Andres jnr last week, I noticed he was behind me as we drove into Binibeca and we flagged him down.

El Faro is opening again in May this year inspite of any talk of Andres senior (and Andres the parrot) retiring!

I'd love to see see Andres jnr open his own place and build a good reputation as I know he will but I'm really looking forward to visiting them again in Cala Torret this year.

:toasting: A great family, we have known them for thirty years and will be visiting them again when we are next over.
I only let him think he's in charge.

Great to hear that they will be open as usual. Wonderful people and always great food. It wouldn't be the same without them there!

Had a very good meal here a couple of nights ago. They are obviously doing something right as Salitre, Taberna Del Corso and D&P all had empty tables. People were also prepared to wait for a table at El Faro.
Good food and good service.

Agreed, although I am somewhat biased. Had a lovely meal there last night and also noticed the mostly empty tables along the front but Andreas was quite busy.

Hi. Does anybody have an email contact for Andreas or Andreas Jr? We've going to El Faro's for many years, and we're looking to make a large reservation for September for a wedding lunch. If anyone has a business email address that would be great (probably not a good idea to share any personal contact details.) If not I'll just try and call the business line from their google page.

Thank you!!
