Dinner at El Faros

Post by Slartibartfast » September 7th, 2017, 5:20 pm

Five of went to El faros I didn't think there was need to book in September, but I was wrong, so very please my friend phone ahead. We arrived before 19:30 and every table was occupied except the one we booked.

As is the norm Andreas gave us a very friendly welcome and showed us to our table overlooking the Med, I never tire of the view from the terrace. We all chose from the menu del dia, except I fancied lenguado [Sole] for the main course which was on the al a cart menu, this wasn't a problem.

Five clean plates, a jug of Sangria and a bottle of vino later we retired very full and very satisfied.

It has been very busy most nights. With Salitre now closed and Pedro's now in Es Castell the remaining restaurants are busier. I was at Taberna Del Corso last night!
