Buying in Cala'n Porter

We are looking to buy a small apartment in Cala'n Porter, 1 bedroom will do, and would like something overlooking the square if possible.
Vidal Court would be perfect as it also has a pool.
Does anyone know of anything that might be coming on the market?

Sorry you have not had a reply, have a look on Rightmove property in Menorca, they seem to lost a;l the estate agents.

Only one for sale at the moment as far as I know.Two have sold recently.

If you are looking at Vidal Court from the internet - beware! Most of the advert pictures you see show the pool and gardens. There are two different designs. The older properties are in the 2 storey blocks. The newer ones and larger inside are in the 3-storey blocks (eg. overlooking the square). We nearly got caught out 15 years ago.

We have stayed in Vidal Court a couple of times, overlooking the square, which is our ideal place. Guess we are just nosy but could sit there people watching all day!
It doesn't have to be Vidal Court but would like something central, with a pool where we have something to look out onto
