Bottled water / making formula

Post by Louiseg » June 15th, 2016, 9:12 pm

Hi All,

First visit to Menorca and first trip travelling with our son Thomas who will be 7 months old.

Just wondered if anyone could advise me about water for making up bottles. Is there a particular brand that's suitable bottled or is boiled tap water ok??

Thanks in advance

Louise

Hi and welcome to MenorcaTalk. Although tap water has to be of a high drinking standard by law and personal I don't have a problem drinking it except that its never cold enough, I would stick to bottled water your the young one. When Lady Rose or Sunseaker come on they will give you the name of the ones we use which the name escapes me.

 There are two types of bottled water best for little ones, and old ones  I cant think of the name either but can see the bottles  Lady Rose I know is out today and this evening on a photo shoot with clients but when she is back on tomorrow she will be able to tell you the best ones that contain hardly any sodium.
I only let him think he's in charge.

This is great information, just what I have been trying to find out!

Do you know if this brand is available in Punta Prima?

Thanks! Xx

:???: Not sure but there are two supermarkets in Punta Prima so hopefully one of them will see it, I know the supermarket in Binibuequer sells it, the one almost next door to the Smugglers restaurant, if you cant get any then look at the sodio (sodium) level and you want one with less than 6%.

That's great, thank you very much Sunseaker! I will fly over to Binibeca if I struggle in Punta Prima.

This forum has been really helpful, thank you x
