San Jose near Mahon might be a good choice. And if my memory serves me correctly another member here had his 50th birthday there.

Just to chip in my 2 pennies worth - Ca Na Marga is totally the best restaurant we have found so far during 7 years of visiting Menorca. Delicious meat, seafood and puddings to die for! The service was outstanding too. Unless you eat early you might have to reserve a table.

It's really easy to find - head towards Fornells on the road out of Es Mercadel and just opposite the left turn to Playas De Fornells its there on your right in Ses Salines.

I'll certainly be going back there in July

Rose is it just a buffet for Sunday lunch or do they do that at other times as well?
Just got back from a wonderful week in Arenal den castell today and so wished we had popped along the fornells road and tried this out.Oh well back again in September will definitely go then.

Yes we had a wonderful week cold wind the day we arrived but bright ,then hot sunshine and blue skies all the way.Missing it lots but looking forward to September

Debc it is just Sunday lunch but I need to say.Because if you see any of my reviews on places to eat I am very hard to please. I went again last Sunday and it was still great.
I believe it will go on during the whole season.
