Swimming pools

Post by crazygem » July 8th, 2016, 7:46 pm

Hi
Can anyone recommend any swimming pools within approx 30 mins drive of Es Castell where we can go swimming without being a hotel resident (ie by eating in the pool bar/restaurant or paying a small fee). Child friendly if possible!
Many thanks

The Bini Inn in Binibeca has a nice pool that you can use if you eat there and maybe if you just have a drink. It's on the road near the Smugglers.

There's another place in Binibeca vell with one but we can't think what's it's called.

On the road down to Binibequer before the roundabout there is a small complex called Binicudi, there is a pool there, small bar area and apartments, we have used that pool before, we just bought a drink but as most places even hotels you can just walk in and use the pool, who is to know you are not staying there, a few weeks ago our granddaughter was staying at Cala Blanes in an apartment with a pool and our daughter joined her for three days and no one said anything.
I only let him think he's in charge.

Me- Ciutadella km35, Camí de Maó, 1, 07760

Castillo Menorca on the main drag from Mahon - Cuitedella 20 -30 mins
Also a go cart track and not forgetting the wonderful Lladro outlet.

Calla Galdana offers slides

Los Delfines AquaPark 45 mins from Es Castell
12.500 m² of fun for the whole family with the most modern water attractions: Black Hole (2-seater float), Adventure River (Single seater float with 91,5m run), Giant Slides, Water Tunnels, Children's Water Shuttes, Kamikaze, Jacuzzi, ...
Obviously pay to get in , but you can at least take your own picnic or go down the burger route

Enjoy...............

I do think most places hotels and bars with a pool expect you to at least buy a round of drinks.

Sadly Artiem iii is no longer child friendly.

Have a look at S'Algar as well
