Been thinking about this subject for some time now.

I am seriously thinking about setting up a website similar to the mentioned one.

It would be built and hosted by a large professional IT company in the UK owned by my son in law.

It would be a family run affair ,run by people who love Menorca and spend a lot of time there.

I am initially thinking of free listing for the first 25 properties with a small percentage charge for sold bookings.
Or a very reasonable yearly listing subscription payable after the first booking.

Your comments good or bad would be most welcome.

There's some quite strong competition I think, from airbnb in particular. Still, perhaps there's a niche for a Menorca specialist.

Yes had a look at airbnb.
Its seems very expensive to me and not much choice with regards to Menorca.
